We ship candles by Royal Mail First Class, which usually arrives the next day.  And we send within 3-5 days of receiving an order.  If it's an urgent one, let us know - we'll usually whizz it through.  Items that aren't candles ship separately, as they're created using special machinery, off-site.  They cost the same as candles and also go Royal Mail First Class - because of Covid hell, allow  up to 14 days from ordering for your other Sainted items to dispatch, and if you're outside the UK, it's two weeks max shipping time for the rest of the world.

If you’re in a real hurry and need your candles super quick, we do Royal Mail Special Delivery.   It’s tracked, and signed for.  Just choose this option at checkout.

We know lots of people order on mobile phones – please double check the shipping address as we can’t send replacements out when the package goes to the address as shown and it’s wrong (trust us, it happens, usually because of autofill settings!)

Yep, we ship candles internationally, using Royal Mail tracked.  It's actually pretty quick.  Europe 3-5 days and rest of the whole bloody world 7 days.  Imagine.  If you want to use a specified courier like Fed Ex or some such, drop us a line and we'll do you a speedy quote.  We're friendly, and we live for this stuff.  Alright, that last bit's a lie, but we're fun to deal with.
